Back in April, I wrote a blog entry that was titled: "Are We Ready For The Mistakes Of J.F.K., Again?" (See Full Blog Entry)
In that blog, I compared the "talk to our enemies philosophy" of the then-running Barack Obama to the weaknesses of our past President, John F. Kennedy (JFK). Basically, I said that trying to talk to our enemies would only elevate all those tyrants on the world stage; and, in their eyes and the eyes of their allies, make us look weak. I think I was right based on this week's comments by President Ahmadinejad of Iran on Mr. Obama's plans for talks (See Full Story). We aren't even two weeks into the Obama Presidency!
